Jack asks his brother Hugo to look after his house during a business trip, promising to settle with him upon return but cautioning not to spend over 1500 monthly on the yard. Upon returning, Jack pays Hugo 1500 and promises an additional $500, which he subsequently refuses to pay.

With reference to at least ONE decided case, advise Hugo whether he is legally entitled to recover the additional $500 from Jack.
