Figure 6 shows a stainless steel pot with a flat base 8.50 mm thick that rests on a hot plate. The area of the bottom of the pot is 0.150 m². The water inside the pot is at 100° C, and 0.450 kg of water is evaporated every 3 minutes.

Calculate the surface temperature of the hot plate, which is in contact with the pot. (Coefficient of thermal conductivity, k, for stainless steel = 50.2 W m⁻¹K⁻¹)
