A teacher, Mrs Johnson, visits a museum with her class and security guard Mr Curius. In the hall, Mrs Johnson slips and injures her back due to an unmarked puddle from a leaking AC. On the grounds, a 12-year-old boy named Keon injures his leg on an old, rusty truck while playing. Mr Curius ignores a danger sign on a well door, pushes it open, and falls in, injuring his head.
