The diagram below, not drawn to scale, shows two cylindrical water tanks, A and B. Tank B has base diameter 8 m and height 5 m. Both tanks are filled with water. Take π = 3.14.

If the area of the base of A is 314 m², calculate the length of the radius of Tank A.
